First, you need to download the Microsoft Edge Template Policy from the Microsoft website. Here’s the link:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/business/download

Then, copy the files into the Policy Definition folder. You can access the folder from here (%systemroot%\SYSVOL\domain\Policies)
